This has to be the friendliest campground that we have ever stayed at in New England. People wave at you when they drive by. Our neighbor came over and visited. The bathrooms are clean with hot water. They have top of the line Whirlpool washers and dryers. They have a lot of fun family activities weekly. The campground is also very quiet at night, if you want to go to bed early. We will return!!

Just spent July 4 weekend at VG and the fun never stopped!!! Hey-les rides were so much fun ,the kids, not just the kids us adults had a great ride too! Bath house was SUPER clean and the showers were free and beautiful. The playground is huge and has something for kids of all ages.We had a beautiful fire every night, also there is a LARGE community fire that was shared by all of us. But best of all the people here, the campers, the owners Meg & Les everyone here makes this a safe and inviting place to relax or just have a great family getaway. Thank you for a great vacation getaway!!!! See you by the campfire

This our second stay at the Village Green campground, but not our last. Everyone is so friendly. The sites are large and so much to do. In addition , so close to orchards, all there is to do in Sturbridge. Thanks!!!

My family has been going to Village Green for about 12 years now. We have about 120 people that camp in our group and their safari field is perfect for a large group. The owners and staff are always very accommodating to our needs. Rates are some of the most affordable when compared to other campgrounds. Facilities are always clean. They had recently been decimated by a tornado, but they have come back even better than before with a new pavilion where they hold many family friendly activities and a new camp store that has most of what you may need while on your family camping vacation. All new electric and water services. All new playgroundfor the kids. You should plan to bring some shade with you as their trees were tragically taken by the tornado, but the sunsets are breathtaking. We have gotten to know many of the seasonal campers and they are all very friendly and just as accommodating as the staff. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay at Village Green.

We have looked forward to camping at Village Green for many years. We've always had good experiences with the staff. They 'bend over backwards' to make everything enjoyable. Always smiling! Although the tornado did 'a number' on them, they are bouncing back as quickly as possible and with major up-grades. When we are there we usually have people of all ages from 1 to almost 95 and everyone has a good time. We recommend this campground to friends and family!

I have been attending Village Green Campground since 2003, and have thoroughly enjoyed myself every year. We first discovered the campground at the Springfield RV, Camping & Outdoor Show at the Eastern States Exposition. Growing up, I became very involved in the activities offered. I participated in Kid's Crafts, Junior Olympics, movie nights, and dances on the weekends. As I became older, I was given the opportunity to assist in these activities. This was a very creative way to keep from getting into trouble. The "Come One, Come All" motto is observed. Activities are structured to focus on all generations to keep everyone involved. Although hit by the June 1st tornado, the campground has bounced back. New structures are being built and areas are being beautified. I even organized a community service trip through my college to give back to this portion of my "family." I give this campground my highest recommendation!
